• Fees will be collected in full amount for the whole term.

• Students are not enrolled until payment is received. If the nominated class is full, applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

• A 5% discount is offered on tuition fees paid in one lump sum for two terms of one course, or for one term of two courses. Fees can be combined for families with more than one child enrolled.

• A full refund may be available for students enrolled in a class if they are not satisfied after the first class (two hours). Parents must explain the reasons for refunds in written form via email sometime before the second class. All approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer in Australian dollars. No refunds will be given for students who discontinue classes subsequently for personal reasons. 

• For students who prepaid for classes, no refunds will be given for the term once classes have started and the regular price will be deducted from the tuition credits. Tuition paid for future terms may be refunded by written application via email. 

• One paid trial class is available for 1-on-1 students. No refunds will be given for tuitions paid after the trial session if the student discontinues the class. 

• Please note that refunds will NOT be processed if fees are paid via RoyalPay due to foreign exchange regulations.

• No make-up lessons are to be offered due to students’ absence in group classes. However, considering the special circumstances, we can provide a 7-day video replay of online class records for students who ask for leave.
