Cancellation Policy
To maintain our high standard of elite instruction and small-group focus, the following policies applid 1. Payment & Refunds No Pro-rata: Fees are for the full bundle; no discounts for missed sessions. No Trials or Refunds: As per our short-term course policy, trial lessons and refunds are not provided once the course begins. Bundle Discount: The $300 savings applies only to the "Full Season Bundle" (Sunday Terms + July Intensive) booked upfront. 2. Absence & Make-up Lessons No Make-ups: We do not offer in-person make-up classes for student absences. Video Replay: To keep up with the curriculum, students who miss a class may request access to a 7-day video recording of the session. 3. Attendance Flexible Format: Lessons are held concurrently at our Camberwell Campus and via Real-Time Online sessions.
