The aim of this course is to consolidate fundamental writing skills such as structuring arguments and evidencing so that they are prepared for essay writing. The course also guides students into literary analysis, idea development and, eventually, text response essay writing. Besides, film techniques are well covered in this course. Christie is a stepping stone to VCE style English study.
